Sunil commenced his career in the disability sector in July 2014 and established WITH YOU CARE in 2020. He possesses extensive expertise in providing intensive care for individuals with disabilities.

Sunil oversees business operations and services, ensuring the company culture at WITH YOU CARE is optimized for both employees and clients. He adeptly navigates and manages complex situations, both internally and externally, converting challenges into opportunities for growth.

His values are embodied in the small organization he leads, which upholds his principles of “faithfulness, flexibility, respect, and responsiveness.”

Sunil has accumulated over 22 years of diverse experience in the Christian community in Korea and Australia. He has served as an assistant pastor for 22 years, primarily working with children and youth groups, and has engaged in various missionary projects supporting marginalized groups in society.  His Presbyterian/Christian values guide him to lead ethically within his principles. He strives to adhere to these principles while managing matters smoothly and with a friendly demeanour.

Sunil holds a Bachelor of Theology and has completed Certificates in Aged Care, Home Care, and Disability. He also commenced a Bachelor of Community Development, which was paused due to the initiation of this business. Sunil has been registered with the Victorian Disability Worker Commission (VDWC) since 2021.
